The contract to hire solution is based upon the old saying, "Try before you buy".  At SkillSet Group, we understand the importance of a probational period to help review and determine the employee's performance for 3-6 months.  This will help determine if the organization believes the individual is a good fit based on his/her SkillSet, Cultural Fit, Location, and overall development and learning curve. Contract to Hire (Temp to Hire) has become widely popular due to its ability to save employers time and money by developing a better strategy of investing in their team and saving large amounts of cost in Training and Development.  As we all know, your employees are your best asset.

 

Direct Hire

Direct Hire is a fast and effective solution to obtaining the best and top talent in the industry.  As Technology and Engineering continue to change and develop at a faster rate, its important to retain your talent.  Direct Hire solutions are the preferred way to hire employees if the company is experiencing high growth, new product innovations, expanding into new markets, and solidifying a team.  Direct Hire is a one to time fee based on a percentage of the total gross income of the candidate chosen.

 

Payroll Solutions 

SkillSet Group also offers Payroll solutions to help manage the costs of employing a large staff at a low cost.  We have no cap on the amount of employees you need to payroll.  Our services provide digital time cards, weekly pay, direct deposits, Background Checks, Drug Screens, and I-9 processing.
